What are the Oracle Data Integrator GUI components ?

Oracle Data Integrator is made up of the following graphical user interface (GUI) components.
In the current releases of ODI all of these Graphical User Interface components are combined into Oracle Data Integrator Studio.


GUI components of ODI

1. Designer: The heart of ODI is the designer component where the developer can create projects, interfaces, packages, procedures, scenarios and a lot of other things.
2. Operator: Operator is a run time component in ODI. Operator deals with the sessions and load plans. Once we develop an object (interface or package etc.) we can execute and see the results in operator tab of ODI.
   
3. Topology: We can work on physical and logical architectures in topology tab. Contexts are also located here.
   
4. Security: Security component deals with the users and their privileges towards the development. We can add (or edit existing)  users, profiles.
